Attorney sells Chevy Chase 4BD for $1.288M

Stephen B. Kinnaird and Amanda M. Kinnaird have listed for sale the four-bedroom, three-bath home at 4100 Aspen St. in Chevy Chase for $1.288 million.

The 1,914-square-foot house was built in 1932 in Chevy Chase South of E. West Highway. It is located in the Chevy Chase Sec. 4 subdivision. The listing agent for the house is Eric Murtagh of Evers and Co. Real Estate, Inc.

Mr. Kinnaird is a partner at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky and Walker LLP and co-chair of its appellate practice. He is also a lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania Law School and co-teaches its Supreme Court Advocacy Clinic.

He earned a J.D. from Yale University Law School and an M.A. from The University of Oxford.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 159 home sales in Chevy Chase during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $879,500.
