Husband and wife team Delia McCormick and John Gregory are ranked among the top 1 percent of agents nationwide and among the top agents in the Washington area, as a result of their sales volume, which has exceeded $60 million in the past three years. McCormick and Gregory have a combined 19 years of experience in the area and primarily serve sellers and buyers in Northwest D.C., Bethesda, Potomac, Rockville, Gaithersburg and Silver Spring. Father and son pair Geoffrey Clopton, Jr. and Geoffrey Clopton, Sr. are licensed in Maryland, D.C. and Virginia, the duo’s market knowledge extends from Capitol Hill to Old Town Alexandria, to Chevy Chase and Silver Spring, and everywhere in between.
