Evers & Co. Real Estate Welcomes Commercial Real Estate Experience Of Agent John Nemeyer

Washington, D.C. – Evers & Co. Real Estate, www.eversco.com, announces the addition of 30-year industry veteran John Nemeyer to the largest independent woman-owned residential real estate firm in greater Washington. While focusing on residential transactions in Washington, D.C. and Maryland, Nemeyer will also utilize his past experience in commercial real estate as a new resource for Evers & Co.'s team of 80 real estate professionals.

Nemeyer started his career in residential real estate in Washington, D.C., in 1980 and after two decades decided to expand his expertise with knowledge in the commercial arena, particularly involving investment sales of commercially-zoned townhomes.

Consistently recognized in the top one percent of agents, Nemeyer is active in the Greater Capital Association of Realtors and the Montgomery County Board of Realtors. In addition to helping residential and commercial clients achieve their real estate goals, Nemeyer supports worthy organizations including Children's National Medical Center's pediatric and orthopedic departments, as well as Habitat for Humanity. He has also enjoyed coaching students through Catholic Youth Organization's basketball league. Nemeyer, his wife and their two boys live in Spring Valley in Northwest Washington, D.C.
