Evers & Co., a real estate company in the Washington D.C. metro area, recorded the company’s most successful year in 2007 despite the declining market.

Evers & Co. increased its sales volume by 11 percent, yielding a company high of $278 million in total revenue according to a company news release.

Evers & Co. is an independent woman-owned-and-operated residential real estate company, with offices in Chevy Chase, Dupont and Bluemont, VA.

The company mainly serves northwest Washington, Montgomery County and suburban Virginia, and has more than 55 licensed agents.
