Rollingwood, Sections 2,3,4, and Martin's Addition

These neighborhoods, clustered around Connecticut Avenue, are both beautiful and architectually diverse. Rollingwood, which lies between Brookville Road and East-West Highway, is known for its winding streets and trim, imposing colonials set on hillsides and nestled in the trees. Sections 2 and 3 and Martin's Addition, east of Connecticut Avenue, are characterized by frame and stucco colonials and bungalows dating from the early 1900's, and quaint, narrow streets bordered by hedges and picket fences. Section 4, west of Connecticut Avenue and between the Columbia and Chevy Chase Clubs, has wider tree-shaded avenues and diverse styles ranging from small bungalows to large brick colonials, set among established landscaping and foliage . The Bethesda Metro, Connecticut Avenue and Rock Creek Park provide excellent access to downtown. There is also good access to the Capital Beltway. Price Range: $800,000 - $1,750,000.
