Walking through Old Town Kensington and Garrett Park, you might think you landed in the 1890's,
with old-fashioned Victorians and colonials, one after another, on the broad tree-lined streets.
Kensington has an "antique row" to add to its sense of the past and both neighborhoods have restored
train stations which residents still use to commute to downtown. Old Kensington runs just west and
mostly east of Connecticut Avenue, below University Avenue, and Garrett Park is located farther west,
north and south of Strathmore Road, between the Rockville Pike and Connecticut Avenue.
Price Range: $450,000 - $1,400,000.
