As the Owner, Broker & Manager of Evers & Co., Donna is your key advisor for all real estate questions. She is in the office five days a week and available by cell phone and e-mail on weekends and evenings.

ANDREA Evers

Assistant Adviser

In the Downtown office, Andrea is Assistant Adviser and on call for real estate and marketing questions for all agents. She teaches the Evers & Co. rolling “Contracts” class, which is in session twice a month, and she can be reached for real estate questions and consultation.

BILLY ALDER

OPERATIONS/TECHNICAL MANAGER

The Evers & Co. Operations & Technical Manager provides operational, technical and support services to the sales agents with phone support, computer assistance, maintaining contract packages & related materials as well as assisting agents with researching & compiling custom advertising materials. He familiarizes himself with each listing and sale so the agents can call at any time to get updates on on-going projects and new business.

He interacts with management, staff and outside vendors to provide a success-oriented atmosphere for the sales people who are the key to the company’s reputation and business growth and is a constant source of technical help with our servers, routers, wireless networks, laptops, desktops, printers and all other necessary computer equipment needed to operate our successful business.

Billy’s talents are greatly appreciated by the Evers & Co. agents and clients, whom he serves with style and skill.

Ju Yon Yu

Office Manager (Dupont)

Ju Yon, Financial/Office Manager for the Dupont Office, is a multi-talented young woman who has joined our incredible team in the vibrant downtown area. She is dedicated and enthusiastic about welcoming the daily challenges of running a smooth operation, interfacing with Billy Alder, Ops Manager and Piers Lamb, Art Director to provide agents with an array of services, including graphics design, technical assistance and office support. Ju Yon works closely with broker & president Donna Evers, to provide quick-response problem solving and support for Dupont agents.

Prior to joining Evers & Co., Ju owned and operated a coffee shop along with her sister for seven years in Winston-Salem, NC. Her strong work ethic and management skills led them to become the most successful cafe in an affluent area. She takes pride in having developed a loyal clientele and highly motivated team. She believes the key to success is hard work, passion and knowledge.

Pierson Lamb

Art Director

A native of Washington DC, Pierson Lamb had extensive education and experience in graphic design and photography before coming to Evers & Co. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Jacksonville University and has done graduate work in graphics and design.

As Art Director at Evers & Co., Piers is in charge of photography and graphic design for agents. He takes photos of listings, designs fact sheets and mailers, and with his background in advertising, advises agents on promotions, both for listings and for the growth of their business. Piers has a keen eye for maximizing the presentation of Evers & Co. listings – a characteristic for which the company is well known. In the Washington Metro area real estate market, there is a saying that “you don’t have to preview an Evers & Co. listing” because they show so well, and agents have immediate access to many high-quality photos of the property as soon as it is placed in the multiple listing service. The company owes much of its success in this area to the keen eye, discerning judgment and good advice Piers provides on a daily basis.

 Marvis Frenkel

Administrative Assistant

With four decades of real estate experience to her credit, Marvis Frenkel manages the weekly advertising for Evers & Co., including the Washington Post weekend ads, the weekly Current ads and the monthly Georgetowner and Downtowner ads- all free to the agents. Marvis is cheerful, detail oriented and efficient, and a much-appreciated part of our daily and weekly operations.

ANDREA HERRERA

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

As Graphic Designer, Andrea works alongside our Art Director Piers Lamb to create custom designs to meet the needs of our agents. Andrea designs and prints announcements, personalized business cards, brochures, and mailers.

Jessica Wills

Administrative manager – bethesda/chevy chase

Jess is the Administrative Manager of our Bethesda/Chevy Chase office; she is very knowledgeable about real estate technology and keeps the office running smoothly.
