Donna Evers has more than 30 years experience in residential real estate in the Washington Metro marketplace. Donna was one of the most successful sales agents in the area before she started her own company, which is distinguished by an exceptional reputation for the highest standards of excellence. Evers & Co. agents are among the top agents in the area in terms of individual volume of sales and average sales price. In addition, the company is the largest woman-owned-and-run independent residential real estate company in the Metro area.
Donna grew up in Michigan, received a B.A. from the University of Michigan and later, an M.A. from the University of California at Irvine. She and her husband Bob have lived in Chevy Chase, Maryland for the past 33 years, just blocks from the Chevy Chase / Friendship Heights office. In 2006, Evers & Co. opened its second area office at 1509 - 22nd Street, NW, in Dupont Circle, to further enhance its growing presence in the District of Columbia marketplace.
The Evers' second home, which is also the site of the company's third office in Bluemont, Virginia, is an hour from Washington in the midst of horse farms and historic villages. This is also the site of their vineyard and Twin Oaks Tavern Winery, where they grow grapes and make wine. Donna and Bob also have an apartment in the sixth arrondissement in Paris, France.
The Evers' have three grown children and three grandchildren. Together, the Evers' have renovated 23 properties, including two in France. Donna says the fun of renovating and redesigning houses far outweighs the frustrations. With years of experience in successfully staging homes for sale, Donna has the expertise to assist Evers & Co. sellers so that they can realize the maximum gain and she has the know-how to advise buyers on making the most of the home they buy.
Donna appears regularly on radio, television and in print to discuss the Metro area real estate market. She writes a monthly column about Washington area history for Washington Life magazine. Billy Alder - Operations/Technical Manager
The Evers & Co. Operations & Technical Manager provides operational, technical and support services to the sales agents with phone support, computer assistance, maintaining contract packages & related materials as well as assisting agents with researching & compiling custom advertising materials. He familiarizes himself with each listing and sale so the agents can call at any time to get updates on on-going projects and new business.
He interacts with management, staff and outside vendors to provide a success-oriented atmosphere for the sales people who are the key to the company’s reputation and business growth and is a constant source of technical help with our servers, routers, wireless networks, laptops, desktops, printers and all other necessary computer equipment needed to operate our successful business.
Billy's talents are greatly appreciated by the Evers & Co. agents and clients, whom he serves with style and skill.
Ju Yon Yu - Office Manager
Ju Yon, Financial/Office Manager for the Dupont Office, is a multi-talented young woman who has joined our incredible team in the vibrant downtown area. She is dedicated and enthusiastic about welcoming the daily challenges of running a smooth operation, interfacing with Billy Alder, Ops Manager and Piers Lamb, Art Director to provide agents with an array of services, including graphics design, technical assistance and office support. Ju Yon works closely with broker & president Donna Evers, to provide quick-response problem solving and support for Dupont agents.
Prior to joining Evers & Co, Ju owned and operated a coffee cafˇ along with her sister for seven years in Winston-Salem, NC. Her strong work ethic and management skills led them to become the most successful cafˇ in an affluent area. She takes pride in having developed a loyal clientele and highly motivated team. She believes the key to success is hard work, passion and knowledge.

Pierson Lamb - Art Director
A native of Washington DC, Pierson Lamb had extensive education and experience in graphic design and photography before coming to Evers & Co. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Jacksonville University and has done graduate work in graphics and design.
As Art Director at Evers & Co., Piers is in charge of photography and graphic design for agents. He takes photos of listings, designs fact sheets and mailers, and with his background in advertising, advises agents on promotions, both for listings and for the growth of their business. Piers has a keen eye for maximizing the presentation of Evers & Co. listings - a characteristic for which the company is well known. In the Washington Metro area real estate market, there is a saying that "you don't have to preview an Evers & Co. listing" because they show so well, and agents have immediate access to many high-quality photos of the property as soon as it is placed in the multiple listing service. The company owes much of its success in this area to the keen eye, discerning judgment and good advice Piers provides on a daily basis.
